Bots are a representation of the world record holders of the map. Old records however do not have associated bots, because the database used to save bots was changed around early to late 2019, before moderation update. Some bots will still not load despite being after because Quat broke bots multiple times after this. Some other reasons for bots not working include, someone having the WR before and was blacklisted, and a bug that was patched on 7/21/20 where if you reset right as you hit the end zone and got a WR the bot would freeze in the end zone.
